Safety and security are top concerns for our community. Our streets are well lit, and residents’ mailboxes are individually secured by lock and key. Commercial-grade security cameras record activity at all entrances to Sunshine Village 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. On-site management and maintenance staff, and their partnership with local law enforcement, also help keep our community under watchful eye. In addition, Neighborhood Watch meetings are held in the Sunshine Village Office on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.

Access to all major utilities is available throughout the community, including WOW! for internet/cable/telephone service. To maintain clean streets, dumpsters for garbage and trash drop-off are also present throughout, and on-site maintenance staff picks up and hauls away large discarded items on the first and third Saturday of each month. For those who need a little more space, we also offer personal storage units for rent.
